SoftExpert, a provider of software and services for automation and improving business processes, regulatory compliance and corporate governance, is reaping the benefits of a strategic partnership signed in 2016 with Ricoh Colombia for the resale of its solutions in the country. Five major clients have already signed on, in an initiative that aims to exceed one million dollars in turnover in its first year of operations.
The companies Los Coches, Siegfried Laboratório, Andrés Carne de Res, Distribuidora Nissan and Los Nominativos purchased the SoftExpert Excellence Suite (SE Suite, a corporate platform for automation and improving processes, regulatory compliance and management excellence, composed of 38 integrated modules that make up the 12 main platform solutions).
According to Kelson Lunardelli, Director of International Business at SoftExpert, having a company as representative as Ricoh as a partner strengthens the company’s operations in Latin America, and the results of this partnership can already be seen in a significant increase in the customer base in the region.
