An Alliance between companies was made in Chile and is aimed at making digital transformations feasible for corporations, guaranteeing their governance and management processes
SoftExpert, a supplier of solutions to manage business processes, compliance management and corporate governance – has announced a strategic partnership with the Chile’s Deloitte subsidiary to offer comprehensive governance and corporate management solutions, with financial and operational sustainability.
The goal of the alliance is to make digital transformation feasible for highly regulated corporations, offering credibility and peace of mind to companies looking to introduce information technology as a pillar supporting their governance and management models.
Ricardo Lepper, SoftExpert CEO, says that the partnership will leverage each organization’s particularities and characteristics, which is fundamental to guaranteeing more complete delivery.
“Organizations looking for governance and corporate management models need to conduct their business perfectly in compliance with their markets and regulations, but without losing financial and operational sustainability. This alliance not only protects customers from different types of risks and losses, but provides the chance for these companies to stand out from their competitors, due to the fast speed in systematizing operations in combination with reduced costs in applying preventive controls,” he says.
According to Julián Márquez, a Risk Assessment Manager with Deloitte Chile, this partnership complements the Deloitte services portfolio with solutions that make it easier to manage risk, make decisions and transform key processes at organizations.
“We expect to explore business opportunities, enhance both organizations’ learning possibilities and create prominence in Chile and the region.”
Robert C. Ferrer, Director of Operations for SoftExpert in Latin America, points out that the strategy is focused on a couple of fronts, such as solutions to leverage digital transformation and regulatory compliance projects, supported by global experience and local knowledge. “In this partnership, we are joining Deloitte’s experience with implementing risk management, compliance and business continuity methodologies with our SoftExpert GRC solution, which automates and facilitates management of governance, risks and compliance at organizations,” he says.
“We’ve achieved important synergy between the two organizations, where we project a valuable strategy to the market; we even have some projects that are under negotiation and hope to implement soon,” he says in closing.
