Ms. Susanne Madsen provides executive coaching, leadership development, project management training and consults with organizations on how to improve their project leadership capabilities. Prior to this, she spent 17 years leading large change programmes of up to $30 million for organizations such as Standard Bank, Citigroup and JP Morgan Chase. She is a fully qualified Corporate and Executive coach and a member of the Association for Project Management (APM).
