Optimized document management
According to Cláudia Brandão de Andrade, Documentation and Information Coordinator, the company’s previous working methods were outdated, requiring significant manual effort to control documents. This led to reduced productivity, compromised the Quality program, and posed substantial Information Security risks.
“We were losing control due to a high volume of document requests. Before implementing the SoftExpert solution, our organizational criteria were inefficient. There were multiple ways to control documents, but none were effective for retrieval. Based on this scenario, we searched the market for a system that could help us manage our information,” explains Cláudia.
