  • SoftExpert and Ricoh Latin America forge Strategic Partnership with projected first year revenue to exceed $2 Million Dollars

    SoftExpert, a software and services provider for enterprise-wide business processes automation, improvement, compliance management and corporate governance, has entered into a strategic partnership agreement with Ricoh Latin America for resale of the company’s solutions to the whole Latin America Countries, with the expectation of over $ 2 million dollars in business volume in just the first year of the alliance.

    Last year, the company generated business volume of around $3 million dollars from exports and it plans to end 2018 with $5 million dollars in volume, accounting for year-over-year growth in excess of 30%.

    Kelson Lunardelli, SoftExpert's US & Canada CEO, who was recently in Weston – US, believes that the partnership will contribute strongly to expanding the customer portfolio in the whole regions.

    “I returned from Weston very confident and, according to our estimates, we will do over $2 million dollars in business volume in the first year of the partnership, which has already generated sales. One of the latest customer is Pfizer, the largest pharmaceutical manufacturer in the word. The company contracted the SoftExpert BPM solution,” says Lunardelli.

    Over the last 5 years, SoftExpert has achieved average annual organic export growth of around 30% and this should also be the case in 2016. The company’s strategy is to enter different markets, such as Europe, Asia and the United States, in addition to the countries in the G20. SoftExpert recently finalized a partnership agreement with Saudi Arabia-based Sela Digital Services to establish operations in the Middle East.

    “This year, thanks to the launch of a totally overhauled product focused on large-scale sales and on getting an edge on our global competitors, we are accelerating our entry into new countries on several continents, with an emphasis on G20 countries. In 2018 and 2019, we hope to put together a database of successful cases at different sized companies in different segments, so that in 2020 we will have attained export revenue accounting for around 50% of our total revenue,” says Lunardelli.
