IT strategy maps: an effective tool for corporate alignment

Aligning IT and business strategy remains the top business IT issues year after year. But no matter how much focus this subject receives, little progress seems to be made. In this webinar, this subject will be exploited based on two recommendations: that firms start measuring strategic alignment; and start using strategy maps to build consensus around strategic objectives and communicate this strategy to all stakeholders.
