Employees of the 11 units should receive the amounts by July
SoftExpert, a global provider of solutions for integrated compliance management, innovation and digital transformation, announced the payment of a bonus of $800,000, which will be distributed to its 400 employees as a share of the profits made in 2020.
The transfer occurs annually and, this year, the distribution cap reached 2.5 salaries, an increase of 25% compared to the previous year. In the last five years, there were more than $2 million bonuses distributed to professionals and this year's amount – $800,000 - is the largest in the organization's history.
In November 2020, the company had already advanced $167,000, and the difference will be passed on to employees in May, June and July. The distribution is a reflection of the 20% growth in 2020 revenue, with a global turnover that exceeded $18 million, the result of strategic initiatives, initiated before the pandemic, such as diversification of the niches of operation, globalization of products and the company, as well as professional training.
For SoftExpert's administrative and financial director, Silvana Füchter, the company's growth in such a challenging year only demonstrates the commitment of all employees who have adapted to this new scenario for the company. “There’s nothing fairer than sharing the results with our professionals who, despite all the difficulties of the pandemic, intensified their deliveries," he says.
In line with this growth in revenues, the Company continues to invest in hiring new talent, in 2020 alone, there were approximately 50 new hires. In the last three years, the company has practically doubled its workforce and in 2021 it is expected to increase by 20%. In addition, the company has more than
22 vacancies.
