It is known that after the entire process mapping service is completed, there is a need to carry out the operational task of automating and measuring certain processes. This task requires time and resources. Despite its recognized importance, organizations do not always have the ideal conditions to prioritize this activity.
To address this need, SoftExpert offers the Process Automation service. A SoftExpert consultant, specializing in process tools, takes charge of transferring all the processes and their respective indicators, previously defined by the client or by the SoftExpert process and business consultant, into the system, but which have not yet been implemented. This allows the client’s team of professionals to focus on higher-value business activities, leaving the more operational tasks to SoftExpert.
Automation
The SoftExpert consultant, in collaboration with the client, conducts an analysis to verify the feasibility of automating the process using the SoftExpert Workflow component, ensuring that the flow is controlled automatically. Process automation minimizes task transfer, thereby reducing cycle times. The system not only enhances productivity but also ensures that all process instances follow the same rules and comply with the defined process model.
Measurement
In addition to designing and automating, it is also important to measure and monitor processes. Measurement is a prerequisite for effective management of the organization's processes. If the client chooses, the SoftExpert consultant can also configure the portals and views defined by the client, allowing for process measurement and monitoring, all integrated via the SoftExpert Analytics component.
Modalities
Hourly Package
In the Hourly Package modality, SoftExpert estimates the effort required for the activity and submits the process to a group of consultants specialized in process automation. The hours used during the execution of the activities are deducted from the hourly package, and the client is informed of the physical and financial progress of the process.
Turnkey
In the Turnkey modality, SoftExpert develops a precise scope and budget for the necessary activities. Once approved, the process is submitted to a group of consultants specializing in the activities outlined in the scope.
