Simoldes Plastic Division
Simoldes Plastic Division, a Simoldes Group company in Portugal, has approximately 2,700 employees distributed among their 8 factories: six in Europe and two in Brazil. Their operations extend to Spain, France, Germany, Poland and the Czech Republic and serve, principally, the automotive sector, which absorbs almost all the production output of the group. Their main customers are Renault, VW, PSA, Audi, Toyota, Porsche, GM, Skoda, Seat and BMW.
Time to simplify
Simoldes Plastic was looking to boost business productivity, streamline document management, and automate the flow of information across departments. The company faced challenges with manual tasks, paper overload, excessive emails, and parallel controls maintained in spreadsheets.
