Tecon Suape

Tecon Suape is one of the major terminals of Suape Port in Pernambuco and one of the busiest terminals in the Brazilian Northeast. The company is part of Philippine group, ICTSI – International Container Terminal Service Inc, which is one of the five largest worldwide sea terminal operators, and it is located in more than twenty countries.

The challenge: integrating, standardizing, and advancing management

As operations expanded and regulatory demands increased, Tecon Suape set out to find a solution capable of unifying the management of quality, environment, health, and safety (EHSM). The previous model, based on spreadsheets, physical documents, and disconnected processes, lacked the traceability, standardization, and agility needed to maintain efficiency and meet both internal and external requirements.

There was a clear need to transform the management culture, fostering greater integration between departments and digitizing strategic routines from planning to execution.
