Approximately 200 people from many countries participated in the meeting
In June, SoftExpert – a global provider of integrated compliance, innovation and Digital Transformation management solutions – held the global edition of Sales Talk, which brought together the entire sales force in North America and EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa). In March, the company had already brought together its partners from Latam.
At the opening of the meeting, global CEO Ricardo Lepper presented the partners with the company’s objectives and sales strategies for SoftExpert solutions to increase sales in certain economic segments. Despite an atypical year, the expectation is that exports will continue to grow, doubling the revenue from operations abroad by 2021.
The virtual event also included presentations by the CEOs of the US and UK units, Kelson Lunardelli and Jesse Hoegen, respectively. Ed Potoczak, sales and implementation manager at SoftExpert US also participated and shared some of his experience with the participants. The product and technology directors, Fernando Camargo and Fernando Engelmann also explained about SoftExpert Suite’s new features.
Information Security, customer focus, integrations, added value and globalization were some of the topics discussed in the meetings, which included presentations of success cases from large organizations such as Covercraft, General Dynamics and Climate Fund Managers.
The manager of strategic alliances at SoftExpert, Marcio Willwock, spoke about the importance of maintaining this direct communication between the channels to align global strategies, exchange knowledge and, of course, celebrate the good results.
