Multinational is operating in 10 countries, with over 16,000 employees and over 5,000 corporate customers
Sonda Colombia is now managing indicators and risks after integrating with SoftExpert, a provider of software and services to automate and enhance business processes, regulatory compliance and corporate governance.
Sonda has been on the market for over 45 years and is one of the biggest players in Information Technology services in Latin America. The multinational, which operates in 10 countries, in 3,000 cities with around 22,000 direct employees and over 5,000 corporate customers, was looking for a solution for integrated management of indicators, risks, audits and action plans.
"The SoftExpert Suite is an integrated management platform with unlimited potential. Thanks to the solution's implementation, all of the information associated with indicators, risks and audits, across the entire organization, could be centralized and controlled," explains Gabriel Ojeda, an expert in Corporate Content Process and Management Automation Solutions and Products at Sonda Colombia.
The tool allows Sonda to more sophisticatedly manage a large number of indicators, even resulting in multidimensional indicators, where more complex calculations are done for some items. Not only was it possible to manage the results of Sonda's operations, all of the indicators associated with services provided to third parties could also be managed.
"We have centralized and controlled information to guarantee organizational compliance as well as risk management. The solution provides us with benefits such as automated investigations to identify risks, control of risk assessment and reassessment history, visualization of risks by area or process under the grouping of strategic, operational and tactical risks, and designation of risks to those directly responsible for them, who should then define causes and plans for treatment," says Gabriel Ojeda Lara.
The action plan for the SoftExpert solution meets actions to deal with risks as well as actions for improvement.
"This makes it easy for process leaders and support managers to define and consult information intuitively and securely, guaranteeing that action plans are generated online according to the results obtained," says Gabriel Ojeda Lara.
For the future, the organization is planning on the SoftExpert Suite to manage the content of a variety of processes, such as legal, procurement, provider management, HR and more.
