New features include an audit checklist for mobile devices and support for new languages
SoftExpert, a global supplier of solutions for integrated management of compliance, innovation and Digital Transformation, has just launched
version 2.1.5 of its flagship product:
the SoftExpert Excellence Suite. The latest version includes over 130 improvements and resources implemented in the system.
In an effort to simplify daily activities and drive innovation at organizations, the new version features an
audit checklist for mobile devices, letting auditors make comments to back their compliance decisions while also attaching images, videos and audio as audit evidence, using a smartphone or tablet. In addition, a sample selection resource for control tests was implemented
in the Risk component. Now different populations can be created and personalized sampling methods defined according to each organization's needs.
The Gantt Web resource of the Project component has a new look and in addition to being able to include, delete and cancel activities, settings can now be changed and time and color adjusted, through a modern and friendly interface, without having to open up other screens. Also new is availability of the Suite in
other languages, the result of our international growth strategy. These include Catalan, Danish, Finnish, Japanese and Polish, as well as another 14 languages.
Fernando Camargo, SoftExpert's Development Director, says that updates to the software are based on corporate needs to accelerate Digital Transformation, due particularly to the need to manage remote work, emphasizing digitization of documents and process automation. "With this, SoftExpert's product, which has always had a goal of ensuring automation of different processes and maximizing enterprise excellence, has also become a close partner at companies whose business is undergoing digital transformation," he says.
Another two versions of the solution are planned for launch in 2021 and Camargo previewed some news related to human development. "With more and more remote teams, we've identified a major opportunity to develop a new tool to assess performance, making it possible to create individual targets and goals, in teams or by area, performing monitoring and assessments in order to facilitate team management," he says. Camargo also commented that the search for continual improvement among employees has accelerated in the pandemic since more training is held at a distance, so the Training solution will also have innovative new features.
SoftExpert is also planning a series of improvements to further strengthen excellence management in the various verticals the company supports, such as development of new resources to expand service to pharmaceutical industries.
