Established in 1985 and certified by ISO 9001:2015, Geométrica, located in São Paulo, is an engineering project company offering differentiated solutions in infrastructure. Experienced with multidisciplinary teams of qualified professionals in various engineering and architecture fields, Geométrica develops important projects for municipal, state, and federal administration bodies, as well as private companies like Promon, OX (Bertin Group), BASF, Siemens, among others.

The Challenge

Geométrica faced a gap in its management processes due to a lack of productivity indicators and difficulty in tracing projects and their documentation. Additionally, the company needed to eliminate daily backups for file recovery and centralize control by project managers, aiming for greater efficiency and security.

The Solution

Geométrica, an ISO 9001:2015 certified company, identified SoftExpert solutions as the ideal product not only to address its initial needs but also to continue adopting ISO-defined policies and practices. For this, the company invested in SoftExpert Project (project and service management); SoftExpert Document (document and record management); SoftExpert Analytics (Business Intelligence); and SoftExpert Request (request and service management) components. These solutions, with natively integrated components, a 100% web interface, and customization and future expansion possibilities, ensured the necessary automation and integration. The Results

With the implementation of SoftExpert solutions, Geométrica, with 150 active users, achieved significant management improvements. Éderson Monteiro, planning analyst, highlighted a 98% reduction in daily backup problems, exceeding company expectations. The centralization of documents and projects resulted in up to a sevenfold decrease in disk space used on file servers and brought agility and ease in traceability, now available in a single repository.
