Challenge
Biosev faced the challenge of improving control and productivity in several critical areas of its operations. There was an urgent need to enhance management in Quality Management, Quality Assurance, EHS (Environment, Health and Safety), Internal Controls, and Engineering. The complexity of its operations, spread across 11 units and involving thousands of documents, projects, and requests, demanded a robust solution to standardize processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and optimize communication and information flow.
The Solution
To address these challenges, Biosev implemented modules from the SoftExpert Excellence Suite platform.
