Company is preparing to open offices in Canada, Australia and China
SoftExpert, a provider of software and services for automation and enhancement in business processes, regulatory compliance and corporate governance, saw its revenue grow by 20% during the year 2020, with global business volume in excess of R$ 90 million.

Ricardo Lepper, SoftExpert's CEO, explains that the organization's growth in such an adverse year is due to the need for companies to accelerate their digital transformation, especially as a result of management challenges faced by teams working from home offices and of activities delivered remotely, particularly in digitizing end to end operations, including suppliers and customers. Diversification in operational niches and globalizing products and the company are other strategies that have brought the company accelerated growth and higher profitability.
"A few years ago, we were consolidating our brand in several new niches and the same was true in 2020; SoftExpert diluted development in different verticals and businesses, with an emphasis on highly regulated sectors, such as life sciences, foods, financial services and energy, while also consolidating multisectoral niches, such as Shared Services Centers, IT and Corporate Governance," says Lepper.
With eight subsidiaries undergoing consolidation, spread across four continents, and another three in the process of opening, in Canada, Australia and China, along with the extensive network of sales channels already formed abroad, the company is achieving unique financial sustainability is less vulnerable to the economic slowdown. "We are confident that 2021 will see growth far above the average over the last decade," he points out.
According to Lepper, the main foundations for this year will be the countries and markets where the company has completed its initial opening and branding phase, such as North America and Europe. "We also want to plant our flag in the biggest countries in Asia, which began with the opening of the Singapore unit in 2020 and will be followed by the opening of the China branch," he adds. In relation to market niches, the company will continue along its path of brand consolidation at the corporate level in various key verticals, such as pharmaceuticals, food and beverage, automotive, energy and public utilities, and financial services, in addition to advancing in emerging niches, like digital retail, the services sector, education, the public sector and others.
