The Challenge
Mercado de Valores de Costa Rica faced the challenge of controlling documents, managing corrective and/or preventive actions, and overseeing quality audits and indicators. The constant need to maintain the standards required by the ISO 9001 norm drove the search for an integrated solution that could meet all requirements involved in quality processes and compliance.
The Solution
Mercado de Valores partnered with SoftExpert, implementing SoftExpert EQM. This integrated solution is essential for managing compliance with quality standards, offering immediate benefits and supporting all phases of the continuous improvement cycle (PDCA: Plan – Do – Check – Act). The tool optimizes the relationship between quality processes, from identifying customer requirements to assessing their satisfaction, ensuring normative compliance and a more efficient and effective Quality Management System. SoftExpert EQM also reduces the workload related to organizational operations and responsibilities, providing tools that help organizations adapt to normative and regulatory requirements transparently for all employees, while continuously increasing effectiveness and improvement.
The Results
The implementation of SoftExpert EQM was fundamental for Mercado de Valores de Costa Rica to maintain its high-quality standards. Milady Patricia Zúñiga, quality manager, highlights that:
