Over 300 indicators, budgets, and projects were managed through tools like Excel, which eventually led to challenges such as version control issues, data loss risks, and limited process traceability.
Faced with these challenges, CBTM decided to invest in a solution that would deliver greater security, standardization, and efficiency, supporting continuous management improvement and strengthening its strategic role in Brazilian sports.
