The company needed to establish a corporate structure that would allow real-time visibility of the information generated across the organization. According to Arca Continental’s Quality Analyst, Luisa Arzaga, processes were handled manually, making it difficult to monitor the activities carried out in all of the group’s units.

“We had a high volume of manual work due to the creation of around 195 items such as review routes, groups and attributes in each of our 51 plants, resulting in approximately 9,945 items required to set up operational structures. This led us to look for a solution capable of automating this entire process,” she explains.


Choosing the solution

Luisa explains that SoftExpert Excellence Suite was chosen primarily for its flexibility and the ease with which the system allows building a configuration from scratch based on Arca’s needs. Through the Document component, the organization gained greater control over its documents, as the tool centralizes unstructured content and manages the entire document lifecycle. The company also uses the Process, Audit and Performance components.


Impact delivered

The Quality Analyst highlights that the key advantage of the solution is its ability to provide real-time data analysis, resulting in less rework and greater user adoption across the company’s culture. She adds that Arca Continental plans to expand the use of the solution in the near future by implementing additional components for physical file management, performance indicators, training, incidents, activity control and forms.
