FGM Produtos Odontológicos, with 25 years in the market, is the best-selling brand in Brazil in the dental whitening segment, serving over 6 million smiles with its Whiteness line. The company exports to countries in Latin America, Europe, and Asia, and operates a 2,600 sq. meter factory in Joinville, Santa Catarina. In addition to dental whiteners, FGM manufactures a wide range of dental products, such as composite resins, fiberglass posts, and cementation products, among others. It holds ISO 9001, ISO 13485, Directive 93/42, and Anvisa Good Manufacturing Practices certifications.
The Challenge
FGM, a leading dental company with a vast product portfolio and international presence, faced the challenge of optimizing quality management, supplier management, new product development, and strategic planning with goal tracking.
