Aprosoja
Aprosoja is the Soy and Corn Producers Association of Mato Grosso, a nonprofit class entity with more than 5,000 members across regional hubs in 30 cities throughout the state.
Aprosoja adopts SoftExpert’s solution to integrate systems and optimize internal processes

Aprosoja aimed to enhance results by improving its internal processes and, in turn, help its members increase the sector’s competitiveness and sustainability in the region.
According to Renner Esser Viana, Project and Systems Manager at the association, before SoftExpert Suite, project management was not documented, which affected the tracking of activities carried out by employees and impacted Aprosoja’s productivity.
From need to implementation
To address these challenges, Aprosoja adopted SoftExpert Suite, an enterprise platform designed to automate and enhance processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and support management excellence.
The initial project included the implementation of several modules: SoftExpert Protocol, which improves the management of workflows; SoftExpert Process, which enables modeling and analysis of business processes; SoftExpert Form, which automates data collection integrated with process management; SoftExpert Document, the core module for document and record administration; SoftExpert Project, for managing projects and services; and SoftExpert Workflow, which automates business processes.
Currently, SoftExpert Suite is used by 68 users across the Administrative Management, Financial Management, Agricultural Policy Management, Marketing and Member Relations Management, Communications Advisory, Research and Property Management, Agricultural Defense Management, and the Executive Board.
Results that make an impact
With the solution, Aprosoja automated daily routines across teams and improved the management of incoming and outgoing documents. The software enabled the development of Business Intelligence initiatives and integrated efficiently with the other systems used by the association, with agility and without the need for programming
“We initially acquired the platform with the intention of building our integrated CRM and developing our travel request and project management processes. After the acquisition, we realized we could go far beyond what we had planned. Earlier this year, we purchased the full suite and intend to use many more modules,” Viana explains.
By adopting SoftExpert Suite, Aprosoja is documenting its key internal processes, using the platform itself to accelerate the execution of activities.
