In 2021, the company began a process of modernising its operations with the creation of the Shared Services Centre (SSC), with the aim of transforming the management of strategic areas such as Human Resources, IT, Controlling, Finance and FP&A. The objective was clear: to implement intelligent, data-based processes to optimise efficiency, improve the customer experience and raise the quality of the services provided.
 

The choice of SoftExpert as a technology partner was decisive in making this transformation possible. The SoftExpert Suite platform played a central role in the creation of the ‘Conecta’ portal, which centralises services and offers easy and intuitive access to information on deadlines, costs and workflows.
 

This move made it possible to automate more than 30 processes, from requesting services to generating reports. In just eight months, between January and August 2024, the ‘Conecta’ portal had already handled more than 6,000 requests, freeing up teams to focus on more strategic activities and increasing the efficiency and productivity of operations.
