SoftExpert, a provider of software and services for automation and enhancement in business processes, regulatory compliance and corporate governance, is expanding its international structure. The company has already opened an office in Mexico and is opening another one in the USA.

The Mexican operation has already garnered new customers, including S.A.P.I., Avigrupo - Avicola San Andres, Givaudan de Mexico, Tecnicopy and Bestop SA. SoftExpert has brought on Roberto Carlos Ferrer, a professional with vast Tech industry experience and time at companies such as Oracle (Mexico) and Ricoh (Colombia), to run this office.

While in the United States, where SoftExpert already serves multinational customers such as Smiths Medical, Yorozu Automotive, Fitesa and Dekalb, the future unit will be run by Kelson Lunardelli, who acted as SoftExpert's CCO for 16 years.

"Our goal in North America is to expand operations. This region holds a huge potential market and our expertise in serving North American multinational guarantees we have the know-how and the backing to grow local operations," says Lunardelli.

The opening of these offices further progresses SoftExpert's already successful internationalization plan. Just a few months ago - in October 2016 the company signed a partnership agreement in Colombia with Ricoh, which will become a reseller of the Brazilian company's solutions. With this partnership alone, the goal is to surpass BRL 3 million is in business in the first year.

Shortly before that, the Santa Catarina-based company had already entered into another partnership, with Sela Digital Services of Saudi Arabia, to sell its systems in the Middle East.

Altogether, SoftExpert already has operations in over 37 countries, totaling over 300,000 users at 2,000 companies worldwide. In 2015, the company generated business of around BRL 9 million in the international market, a number which rose by around 30% in 2016, ending the year at over BRL 12 million.

Over the last 5 years, SoftExpert has achieved average annual organic export growth of around 30%. With a focus on expansion, the company is planning to grow operations in markets such as Europe, Asia and the United States, as well as in the G20 countries.

Lunardelli points out that the company's own partnerships and operations abroad rely on the SoftExpert Excellence Suite (SE Suite), SoftExpert's flagship product, which was completely overhauled in 2016, focusing on differentiation from global competitors and large-scale sales.
