SoftExpert celebrates its 25th year and expands its global presence

Stepping up investments in the international market, the company is preparing to open a unit in Singapore In its 25th year, SoftExpert, a provider of software and services automating and improving business processes, regulatory compliance and corporate governance, celebrates its success and expands its participation in the global solutions market. With a presence in 40 countries, with its own units and a partner network, the company plans to open subsidiaries on all continents, aimed at getting closer to its customers. An example is the unit in Singapore, which will be inaugurated this year. The company is also betting on establishing strategic alliances in different market niches. In 2019, SoftExpert signed partnership agreements with leading global companies Kodak Alaris and Baker Tilly. “A few years ago, in our strategic planning, we determined that we would look at the international scenario and not only operate in the domestic market. We have a tool that meets the needs of foreign companies looking for excellence in business management, showing the world the quality of the technology we produce in Brazil,” says SoftExpert CEO Ricardo Lepper. Among the large companies SoftExpert has signed on are the Japanese Yorozu Automotive unit in the United States, Pfizer in Colombia, the Polish Selena operation in Spain, Veolia Water Technologies in Canada, automotive parts supplier Penne in Belgium and Teknorot in Turkey, the largest European manufacturer of suspension and steering parts for cars. SoftExpert in numbers To provide the solutions used by companies of all sizes and sectors around the world, the company has 345 employees in Brazil and 34 in its international branches, in addition to 245 partners worldwide. Currently, SoftExpert has units in the United States, Mexico, Spain, Italy, the United Kingdom, Germany and France, in addition to its headquarters in Brazil. In total, more than 2,000 companies and 300,000 users use SoftExpert solutions around the world. In 2019 alone, the company signed on another 189 customers, 40% of them abroad. In 2020, the expectation is to gain 120 new customers outside Brazil. “We want to bring our solution to all corners of the world. We see a great potential consumer of our tool in the foreign market and we are increasingly consolidating our organic growth in Europe and Asia because we want to get closer to our customers,” says Ricardo Lepper.
