  • SoftExpert expands its global presence with the acquisition of EXEQ in Portugal

    This move marks the opening of the company's 12th subsidiary, with plans to establish a presence in 20 countries by 2030 With the goal of strengthening its global presence and implementing a digital transformation services hub for Europe and Africa, SoftExpert, a provider of management, innovation and compliance software solutions, announces the acquisition of the majority of EXEQ – Consultoria em Excelência e Qualidade. The move is part of their goal of opening subsidiaries in 20 countries by 2030, with an emphasis on regions that have greater market or regional operations potential. Portugal is an extremely favorable environment for the expansion of SoftExpert's operations, with advantages such as a stable economic environment, the language and an established customer base. In addition, as a Eurozone member, it provides access to a market of 450 million consumers, while its affordable cost of living, security and service infrastructure contribute to the availability of multilingual professionals.
