CSN Paraná improves indicators management and aligns employees with the organization’s goals
CSN Paraná is a lamination and coating unit of CSN (Companhia Siderurgica Nacional) located in Araucária, in the metropolitan region of Curitiba, Brazil. The challenge facing the company was to reverse the following scenario: lengthy process of updating more than 100 indicators, manual opening of Corrective Action Report and Preventive Action Report, lengthy process of analyzing the opening criteria, reworking needed to ensure accuracy of the indicators, difficulty in critical analysis of the indicators at managerial meetings, difficulty in correlating the indicators, dependence on people to obtain information, and vulnerability of the indicators, which were stored in spreadsheets. To change this scenario, CSN Paraná has adopted the SoftExpert module for performance management, the SE Performance.
