The new ISO 9001:2015 was improved to respond to the last marketplace trends. Its structure was rewritten according to the HLS (High Level Structure), to make it easier to use in conjunction with other management system standards, but one of the key and most significant changes comes with the current preventative action process being replaced by “risk-based thinking.”
Risk management based on a “risk-based thinking” approach has become fundamental in the revised standard, because the proper management of these risks will make the customers observe higher quality products and services.
In this webinar, Jason Teliszczak will cover the changes about corrective and preventive actions in the current ISO 9001:2015, and also will discuss about the new risk approach, that enhances the strength of the quality management system, mitigates negative effects and delivers better results.
