For the first time, the company’s entire audit process was conducted remotely
SoftExpert, a provider of solutions for business process management, regulatory compliance and corporate governance, was successful in its external audit and maintained its ISO 9001 certification, an internationally recognized standard that attests to the effectiveness of Quality Management Systems.
The audit for the maintenance of the certification, carried out by the certifying agency Bureau Veritas, took place on the 8th and 9th of June. SoftExpert Management Office Coordinator, José Ricardo Corrêa Maia, notes that one of the strengths highlighted by the auditor was the well-established analysis of opportunities, as well as risk management.
“With the maturity of the Management System, we have demonstrated that we have more actions to mitigate risks and explore opportunities than corrective actions. Thus, the company is able to anticipate problems that could arise in processes, allowing us to address them before they actually occur.”
Mr. Maia highlights that a certified management system provides continuous improvement by correcting errors, reducing costs and eliminating inefficient processes. “Above all, it allows you to attain a high level of quality in your products and services, making the company more competitive and more profitable.
