SoftExpert maintains ISO 9001 certification
Audit mentioned QMS improvement and highlighted SoftExpert’s own software used for Quality Management
On July 12th and 13th, SoftExpert underwent the ISO 9001 external audit. After analyzing various processes, the certifying body, BRTÜV, which belongs to the TÜV NORD group in Germany and the IBQN in Brazil, recommended maintaining the ISO 9001:2008. Non-conformities were not found.
The SE Suite, software used for managing SoftExpert’s QMS, was one of the strong points highlighted by the team of auditors, who also highlighted the employees involvement and the noticeable improvement in SoftExpert’s quality management system.
