Senior Improves Strategic Planning Management with SE Suite
Four months was the time that it took for Senior - one of the largest Brazilian software developers for business management – to opt for SoftExpert for enhancing projects management best practices integrated with process controls. Senior now intends to expand the tool’s use for auditing management, managing nonconformities and preventive and corrective actions, as well as operating in risk management. “In this way, we will have SoftExpert’s operation not only at a strategic level, as it is happening today, but also at an operational level”, Lorenzini says, explaining the existence of a project promoting the use of SE Suite to distribution channels, thus unifying project management methods throughout the network.
