SoftExpert Solution Partner Program was developed as a unique business alliance program to add harmony and balance among businesses in order to build and maintain a qualified worldwide network of value-added resellers, consulting firms, training providers, enterprise software/solutions providers, data providers and system integrators to ensure a successful market and delivery of complete process control solutions to targeted industries.

The services provided by our Solution Partners are built around their core competencies and the unique capabilities of SoftExpert solutions. Some of those services may include process consultancy aimed at professional services, hardware and/or software installation, customization to meet the unique needs of customers, generic or customer specific training delivered on-site or by way of electronic methods and integration with other applications.

SoftExpert provides the following Partnership categories:

Finder:

There's no easier way to earn profit margins.

Finders are typically consulting or technology based companies that understand the benefits our solution can bring to their customers or other companies from their network, thus recommending it to them.

When any opportunity is identified, Finders communicate it to some of SoftExpert VAR or Reseller, which will then conduct the next steps in the sales process.

Finders Partners earn referral fees for sales that result from any new lead they generate.

Value Added Reseller (VAR):

Value Added Resellers are international industry leaders that wish to add value to their current products and/or services portfolio, extending their solution to become part of the SoftExpert product portfolio.

SoftExpert products become part of their solution package. They can also implement the solution, installing and training the customers, or sub-contract this service from another VAR or SoftExpert Reseller.

Reseller:

SoftExpert Reseller resells all or part of the SoftExpert product suite. They have a team or a business unit whose primary focus is selling SoftExpert solutions, being responsible for the entire life cycle of sales, and also providing professional services to support training, implementation, technical support and maintenance of the products.

We have a close working relationship with SoftExpert Resellers. They often have extensive domain experience and receive ongoing training and technical support, enabling them to deliver high-quality services to customers or VARs.

Distributor:

Distributor Partners represents SoftExpert in some country or region. They resell all or part of the SoftExpert product suite, generally through a network of sales partners. They are responsible for developing, supporting (including marketing campaigns) and monitoring processes.

They are also responsible for providing product localization (translation) to their region or country and professional services to support training, implementation, technical support and maintenance of the products, directly or through their sales partners.

We have a close working relationship with our Distributors. They often have extensive domain experience and receive ongoing training and technical support, enabling them to deliver high-quality services directly to customers, or through their sales channel or VARs.
