Baesa, the company responsible for constructing the Barra Grande Hydroelectric Power Plant, sought a tool for the online management of its documents, projects and plants. By installing the SoftExpert solution, it was possible to standardize and organize the archive based on pre-defined rules. "The existence of a field and administrative office in different places required a solution that could streamline processes and paperwork electronically," said Pâmela Tamanini, responsible for the Baesa archive.
